Entrepreneur: Eduardo
Name of Small Business: Junior’s Pizzeria
Location: Goiânia Norte, Brazil
In the Goiânia Norte, Brazil Chapter, Eduardo built his own Pizzeria business in his backyard. Now, he has a storefront location where he is able to employ his family and provide them a stable income. This is his story:
“Before joining the Academy, I faced many challenges. I had the drive to build a business, but I lacked the management skills needed to help it grow consistently.
“The first major transformation happened when I was baptized a member of the Church. My perspective on life, work, and purpose changed completely. I met many members of my congregation who successfully managed small and medium-sized businesses. Watching their success made me wonder if there was a set of principles or a roadmap that could guide me on the same path. That is when I learned about the Academy Courses. The Academy taught me how to think like a business manager, organize processes, plan strategically, and make better decisions.
“Today, my entire family is fully involved in our pizzeria. We started in our backyard, and as the business grew, we were able to rent a small commercial space. We are still in the early stages of growth, but now our business is well organized and structurally prepared to handle much greater demand, with stronger processes and a clear vision for the future.”
